Oxidation of both the cytosolic and mitochondrial probes in the range of 2.0 to 3.0-fold of the basal 405/488 nm ratio was observed upon incubation with all drugs, although experimental variability was quite large as shown by the larger error bars and these changes failed to reach statistical significance (Fig. 4b ).
