This study reported that the prevalence of abdominal obesity (defined as WC ≥ 95 cm for males and ≥ 90 cm for females) was 10.2% (8.6% for males and 11.3% for females), which showed a trend towards a lower prevalence of abdominal obesity compared to those in other studies [ 28 ].
