Owing to the binary nature of the actin response observed in EDIN-expressing cells (Supplemental Figure S3), whereby enrichment was either very strong or extremely weak, possibly due to different expression levels, the difference in average actin enrichment between control and EDIN conditions was only weakly significant ( Figure 4I ).
