Although not statistically significant, a tendency toward increased mortality because of stroke and cerebral infarction were indicated in the ≤19 years group. While no significant difference was apparent, there was an evident tendency toward a U-shaped relationship between age at first birth and the mortality because of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
