The decrease of CD45 + CD4 + cells in IL-27-treated EAE mice did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 5A,B ), as opposed to the significant decrease in CD4 + T cells expressing GM-CSF (Fig. 5E,F ), IL-17 (Fig. 5G,H ) or both (Fig. 5I,L ) in Lenti-IL-27HA-treated but not in Lenti-IL-35HA-treated EAE mice.
