Logistic regression showed significant or near-significant negative correlations between age and the prevalence of ALAD grade 1 or acetabular Outerbridge grade 1 chondral lesions ( P = .06 and P = .04, respectively) as well as a near-significant positive correlation between age at onset of symptoms and the prevalence of ALAD grade 4 chondral lesions ( P = .06) ( Table 2 ).
