However, neither this overall measure of engagement, nor the individual components of KT on which the assessment was based, including those directly measurable by the central team and reflecting implementation fidelity, were associated with optimal use ≥ 95th centile, although there appeared to be a strong trend towards such high optimal use and early ‘buy-in’ by participation in MAG-CP data collection (Additional file 1 : Table S8).
