After adjusting for multiple testing (four cancer traits and three strata) we detected an increase in the enrichment parameter for SCZ given lung cancer ranging from 1.424 (−log10pval >1) to 2.190 (−log10pval >2), and 6.512 (-log10pval >3) of which the first stratum is significantly enriched after multiple testing correction, and the second stratum is nominally significant (Supplementary Table 2 ).
