M‐MDSC reduction was also present but did not reach statistical significance after IM treatment (22.2 ± 24.5% and 20.8 ± 18.6%, respectively, at 6 and 12 months) and after NIL therapy (21 ± 19.9% and 19 ± 17% at 6 and 12 months) with a great variability among patients.
