The pathways analysis outcome between 10 weeks and 6 weeks old 5xFAD mice showed a clear upregulation of immune system related pathways such as interferon-gamma signalling pathways and a strong trend for altered B and T cell activation pathways and interleukin pathways in the 10 weeks old 5xFAD mice (p = 0.055, p = 0.071, respectively) which goes along with the alteration of cytokines we detected in 10-week old 5xFAD brains.
