Among the 32,688 patients (81.02%) who underwent surgery as the initial therapy for RCC, the incidences of gall-bladder and cervical cancers appeared to be lower than the incidences of these cancers in the general population (SIR, 0.64 and 0.66, respectively), but did not reach statistical significance ( Table 2 ).
