As observed with CAMK2D, culturing the cells at 32 °C for either 24 hours (Group PL2) or 48 hours (Group PL3) produced an increase in HDR; however, the effect was generally minimal given the relativity high rates of HDR to begin with at 37 °C and for the most part did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 5a ).
