After controlling for demographic, clinical, radiological, and neurosurgical variables by multiple binary regression, the association between normal or elevated LH levels observed at a median of 10 and 30 h after the injury and hospital mortality did not reach statistical significance when compared to patients with low LH levels (OR 3.7 p = 0.08 at 10 h and 3.9 p = 0.06 at 30 h Figure 1 C).
