While changes in profibrotic cytokine and chemokine levels such as IL-13 [ 47 ], CCL17, and CCL22 [ 43 ] were observed in the lungs of mice treated with Clod Lipo or adoptively transferred with Gr-1 + cells, many of these changes were not consistent between our Clod Lipo-treated groups and/or did not reach statistical significance.
