Quantitative image analysis revealed that both the density of p62- and LC3-punctae was increased in cultures derived from C6R mice, whereas MEFs expressing cleavable YAC128 mHTT showed a trend towards a decrease compared to wt cultures in these measures (Fig. 1b ), and were significantly different from C6R cells.
