The single vaccination regimens administered at 3 weeks of age (3w IIV and 3w LAIV) showed a trend that was similar to the 1-day-old vaccination result: no differences in anti-NP or IgG antibodies (compare Fig 7A and 7B with Fig 3A and 3B ) and higher IgA responses in LAIV groups compared with IIV groups (compare Fig 7C with Fig 3C ).
