Older age (P=0.051) and English fluency (P=0.077) also showed a trend toward tolerability, with more patients in the 60-69 year-old age group (35.4% vs. 24.2%) than in the 50-59 year-old age group (40.4% vs. 50.9%) tolerating split-dose preparation.
