From the results, it is clear that the detection rate of TP-DNA was the highest (60.4%) when the blood RPR titer ranged from 0 to 16, as opposed to compared with those when the RPR titer ranged from 32 to 64 (45.5%) or when it was at or beyond 128 (33.3%); however, these differences did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.176 and 0.126, respectively).
