As shown in Figure 3 , stratified analyses indicated that the third-trimester patients had significantly higher MPV than did healthy pregnant women (SMD: 1.35; 95% CI: 0.72–1.98), while the difference did not reach statistical significance during the second trimester (SMD: 0.49; 95% CI: −0.01–1.00).
