In the case of hyperactivity/impulsivity, the results have been less consistent, but there is a clear trend of symptoms 3 (runs and climbs in situations where it is inappropiate) and 4 (unable to play or engage in leisure activities quietly) as, respectively, the most and least discriminative among different studies.
