There is clearly significant debate to be had with regard to the evidence for whether intervention on untreated stenosis >30% is acceptable; there is no evidence of any benefit in grafting such coronary lesions [ 10 ] and with regard to revascularization, the current ESC/EACTS guidelines recommend surgical intervention only in stenosis levels of >50% for the left main and >70% for other localizations in the coronary tree.
