As shown in Fig 1 (The raw data could be seen in S1 Table ), on the 5th and 7th days, 10ng/ml, 50ng/ml and 100ng/ml Sema3a inhibited cell proliferation; 10ng/ml and 50ng/ml of Sema3a did not reach statistical significance (P>0.5), but 100ng/ml of Sema3a showed a significant inhibition of cell proliferation (P<0.05).
