To further determine the relationship between SIRT7 expression and human OSCC progression, a bioinformatics analysis based on the ProgeneV2 prognostic database ( http://www.abren.net/PrognoScan/ ) was conducted, which showed that SIRT7 expression correlated inversely with the survival of patients with OSCC, although this correlation did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 1g ).
