Therapeutic benefit of apremilast on enthesitis and dactylitis in patients with psoriatic arthritis: a pooled analysis of the PALACE 1-3 studies.

Although mean and median per cent improvements in dactylitis were not significant, apremilast 30 mg two times per day showed a strong trend towards improvement versus placebo (median per cent change, −79.3% vs −66.7%; p=0.06), and the mean change in dactylitis count at week 24 was significant and sustained through 156 weeks in the population of patients continuing treatment.
