Significant improvements in distress (p = 0.02; d = 0.77), global mental health (p = 0.03; d = 0.71) and feeling at peace (p<0.01; d = 0.5) were observed among participants who reported practicing at least “most of the time” (>50%) and who completed both baseline and week 8 surveys (N = 12), whereas changes did not reach statistical significance in survey respondents who reported ≤50% adherence or who did not complete the exit interview ( S9 and S12 Tables).
