RMT1‐10 treatment increased TIM‐1 expression on peritoneal B1a cells from 40% to 62% and together with increased peritoneal B1a cells (Figures 1 A and 1 B), treated mice showed increased peritoneal B1a cells by nearly 3‐fold ( P <0.05; Figure 1 C); a similar trend of increased B1a cells in the spleen did not reach statistical significance (Figure 1 C).
