The third experiment showed a trend in the opposite direction (another very small difference in percent correct: 2%; Cutler & Fisher, 1990 ), but Clark et al. warned against interpreting the data from this experiment because the witnessed event had two target actors and the lineups were always target-present for one actor and target-absent for the other.
