Regarding changes in the HR, the application of TCS-OX2-29 tended to reduce the sucrose-agar consumption-induced maximal ΔHR in SHRs, although it did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 3 , lower left panel; 112.3 ± 9.1, 98.3 ± 20.7, and 73.5 ± 12.2 bpm in the vehicle, and 30 and 300 nmole groups, respectively).
