Besides, we also noted that ethanol treatment upregulated the BDNF protein expression by 206.78% (2.067 ± 0.600, 95% CI: −0.1744 to 2.281, p = 0.1110) compared with the control, even though it did not reach statistical significance, which was inferior to the coadministration treatment, as shown by the representative blot images in the Figure 3 .
