In addition, several symptoms were reported as milder for LRRK2 G2019S carriers at FDR < 0.1: excess salivation, fatigue, problems eating, constipation, problems with handwriting, bladder control, and problems dressing (nominally significant) compared to the iPD group at a comparable time after symptom onset (Table 3 ).
