After 2 days of stimulation with CpG (Figure 5 ), quantification of marker expression showed a trend for decreased expression of CD21, CD27, CD40, CD19, and CXCR5, but not the co-stimulatory marker CD86, on IL-10 + TNFα − IL-6 − B cells compared to IL-10 + TNFα + IL-6 + B cells (Figure 5A ; Supplemental Figures 2A–E ).
