In the acute pain at 1 day after the surgery model, the adjusted odds ratios for the severe and moderate pain groups were similar (3.26 and 2.40 for the severe and moderate pain groups, respectively; P =0.063 and P =0.062 for the severe and moderate pain groups, respectively) and did not reach statistical significance compared with the no/mild pain group.
