The remaining 10 proteins showed a trend of up-regulation in both genotypes, but the expression level of ‘Yayu889’ was significantly higher than that in ‘Zhenghong532’ at all four time points, including two CML proteins, two LRR-RLK proteins, RING-H2 finger protein ATL2A, nematode resistance protein-like HSPRO2, putative serine/threonine-protein kinase-like protein CCR3, protein LYK5, MAP kinase kinase (MKK), and glutathione- S -transferase (GST).
