Country-level models In both Myanmar and Indonesia, children of mothers with secondary education or higher were more likely to receive MDD (AOR=1·39; 95 % CI 1·00, 1·94 and AOR=1·37; 95 % CI 1·18, 1·59, respectively), but this association did not reach statistical significance in Myanmar.
