If properly archived and shared after collection, the GPS coordinates for health facilities could have served more than one project’s goal. Furthermore, the cost of logistics towards the completion of the individual data collection efforts across the large geographic area which Nigeria covers would have been quite significant based on projections from other efforts supported by MEASURE Evaluation.
