By contrast, significant decreases in the age-standardised incidence rates of ADC of the anus in 2008–2012 compared to 1988–1992 were observed in men and women both aged <60 years and 60+ years (~40%) across all the seven countries ( Table 4 ) and a significant trend was seen in men and women aged <60 years.
