Although additional comparisons did not reach statistical significance once corrected for multiple comparisons (Bonferroni-adjusted p -value of 0.007), trends persisted at an SOA of −40 ms and 0 ms (see Table 1 for detailed statistics), in which the 60 dB SPL auditory stimulus was more likely to be perceived as visual-first (Figure 2A ).
