The association between SBP variability and 3‐month unfavorable outcome (mRS 3–6) was significant in univariable analysis (OR=1.83, 95% CI: 1.20–2.80, P =0.005) but did not reach statistical significance after adjustment for the above‐mentioned variables (adjusted OR=1.40, 95% CI: 0.81–2.42, P =0.23).
