Instead, we observed a statistically significant reduction in the number of CD19 + /CD200 + CSF-EVs in subjects with in the course of a clinical relapse ( p = 0.030) (Figure 3I ), whereas we observed differences in these two markers between subjects with rMS stratified according to the presence of gadolinium-enhanced lesions, but these differences did not reach statistical significance (Figures 4G – I ).
