At harvest 2011, the variation in the proportion of anthocyanin derivatives showed a trend similar to that observed in 2009, with significantly higher proportion of delphinidin and petunidin derivatives than in 2010 in Bovale Grande, especially in Control berries, and a much lower proportion of peonidin and malvidin in all treatments as compared to 2010.
