Plotting the ambulatory counts in 5 minute bins showed a trend towards the expected decrease in ambulation with time for the WT, whereas Gpc4 KO mice showed equal movement at each timepoint, however there was no significant difference between the groups (2-way RM ANOVA: genotype p = 0.42; time point p = 0.45; Fig. 1 H).
