There were no statistically significant differences between preoperative and postoperative month 6 measurements of coma and root mean square (all P >0.05), but the mean spherical aberration increased by 0.08 ( P <0.0001), and the mean trefoil decreased by 0.05, which trended toward but did not reach statistical significance ( P =0.08), as shown in Table 1 .
