Interestingly, while both 2B3 and control WT IgG1κ mice explored novel objects in preference to familiar objects, a numerical reduction in contact times with objects in novel locations was observed in 2B3 mice ( Supplementary Table 4C ); however, this failed to reach statistical significance.
