Similar results were obtained by analyzing GFP+ cells ( Fig 4F and 4G ), although NND analysis did not reach statistical significance ( Fig 4I ), most likely because 3 fluorophores (CFP/YFP/GFP) were combined in this group, resulting in denser labeling in the controls.
