Similar to body weight, 3 out of 4 samples from the Mafb MCTO/WT mice showed a trend of increased ACRs compared with Mafb WT/WT mice at 38 weeks of age (urinary albumin levels of Mafb WT/WT versus Mafb MCTO/WT : 0.23, 0.24, and 0.29 versus 0.11, 0.77, 0.65, and 2.48; Fig. 3A , Supplementary Table 4–6 ).
