In the hormone receptor-positive subgroup, the benefit did not reach statistical significance: DFS was 73.4% in the control arm versus 76.4% in the capecitabine arm (HR 0.81; 95% CI 0.55–1.17), and OS 90.0% versus 93.4% (HR 0.73; 95% CI 0.38–1.40).
