Ipsilesional NAA concentration and NIHSS score were significantly correlated ( p < 0.05) at 3 month follow-up and almost reached statistical significance at 6 months ( p = 0.07), but no correlation was found at 1 month as shown in Figure 2J .
Post graft Cho concentration in the lesion showed a continuing trend for reduction, which reached statistical significance at 6 months (1.62 ± 0.51 to 1.09 ± 0.78 mM, p < 0.01), while contralesional measurements revealed a decreasing trend between 1 and 3 months (1.77 ± 0.31 to 1.58 ± 0.49 mM, p = NS) that stabilized through 6 months (1.58 ± 0.44 mM).
