Longitudinal models fit using skin reflectometry data through the safety visit revealed a significant increase in pigmentation on the inner bicep (mean [95% CI] change from baseline in M index of 1.72 [0.03, 3.41], P = 0.047) and a moderately significant increase in pigmentation on the outer forearm (mean [95% CI] change from baseline in M index of 3.4 [–0.5, 7.2], P = 0.08) at month 12 compared with baseline.
