In the cognitive impairment group, patients with a low muscle mass tended to have large glucose fluctuations and high glucose levels 2 h after breakfast, but this difference did not reach statistical significance (111.9 mg/dL vs. 91.2 mg/dL, p = 0.076, and 204.1 mg/dL vs. 177.1 mg/dL, p = 0.077, respectively) ( Figure A2 ).
