For reducing the computation cost, most of the time epistasis analyses have been conducted for the SNPs, which are nominally significant in the single-locus analysis. 61 , 62 We performed whole genome pairwise epistasis analysis for rice flowering time and identified 589 epistatic interactions comprised 499 SNPs.
